This stunning font comes from The League of Moveable Type, which means it is FREE!

Thin, bold, rounded, dashed! So many variations in this gorgeous and well designed font. Ostrich-Sans can be downloaded here.

As you may have assumed I have a thing for fonts. They come in all shapes and sizes with elaborate swashes and elegant details. The right font can easily make or break a design. Every Friday, I’ll share some of my favorites and recent purchases here, hoping to inspire a typography addiction in everyone.

Newest Member of the Crane & Co. Design Team

I recently received some very exciting news, and now that the contracts are signed and checks are deposited I’m equally excited to share the news with you! A few months ago I was contacted requesting designs for Holiday photo cards for the fine stationery retailer Crane. My first thoughts were ‘Christmas cards, in May!?!, but I put on my holiday playlist, poured a giant mug of hot chocolate (with marshmallows) and the ideas started flowing. I am proud/flattered/ecstatic to announce that Crane has picked up several of my designs for their new Holiday card collection! Crane also carries lines by design genius’ such as Kate Spade, and I am so honored to be included in the company of such talented designers, and equally excited to be included in the Crane & Co family.

There are even more exciting things lined up for the near future and although I am bursting at the seams to tell you; I have to hold you on the edges of your seats and keep the secret for just a bit longer…

Recent Acquistion : Belluccia Pro

I always fall head over heels for custom calligraphy-esque fonts. This font happens to be from Correspondence Ink (perfect name, no?) which is a collaboration between Debi Sementelli and Brian Bonislawsky. It was specifically designed with wedding invitations in mind, and I will no doubt be using it in the near future.

The Pro version of the font also comes with all these fabulous flourishes -

....and borders!

Belluccia Pro is available here, for what I consider a bargain price of $49!! I look forward to more collaborations between these two!

Font Crush : Feathergraphy

I've had a crush on all things watercolor lately (I have some plans for new artwork in our kitchen), and have been searching for the perfect 'brush-y script font'...and I think this is is!

Feathergraphy was designed by Mans Greeback and is available for personal use for only $1!!! He also designed Roskrift, which I posted about a few weeks ago -
